The UK Boarding School Exhibition Abuja

Purpose-built in the 1980s and becoming the political capital of Nigeria officially in 1991, Abuja is quieter than Lagos – with multi-lane motorways from the airport to the tree-lined city centre with bustling markets, churches, mosques and other places of interest.  As the centre of Government, many families are employed in very senior positions and are particularly attracted by safe and secure boarding schools in the UK for their children.  Future schools events tend to take place in Lagos, so parents and school leaders in Abuja are even more appreciative that our UK Boarding Schools exhibition now goes the extra mile to meet with them personally.

The UK Boarding School Exhibition delegates arrive in Abuja on the Monday morning; they visit a local school to get first-hand experience of an International curriculum school and to meet heads and staff.
